1. Payment method
We only accept payment via MobilePay.
2. How to place an order
- Select the product you want from our website.
- Make the payment via MobilePay to number [insert number].
- Important: If the product is to be sent by post, please enter the following information in the MobilePay message box:
o Product details (e.g. item name, size, colour, etc.)
o Your full name
o Your postal address
o Your phone number
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in DKK incl. VAT. Payment is made via MobilePay and the order is not processed until payment has been received.
4. Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within 5-7 business days. If there is a delay, you will be informed.

5. Despatch
When purchasing products to be sent by post, the parcel will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of payment and your details. Remember to make sure that all information is correct to avoid delays.
6. Right of cancellation
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation for online purchases. The right of cancellation applies from the day you receive the item. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us within 14 days and return the item in the same condition as received.
7. Right of cancellation
According to Danish consumer law, you have a 2-year right of cancellation. This means that you can complain about defects in the product that occur within 2 years of purchase. However, the right of complaint does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or normal wear and tear.
